GT WORLD CHALLENGE EUROPE ENDURANCE CUP – BARCELONA

Jordan Love took a podium finish with Harrolds RACING for the Fanatec GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS endurance event at Mount Panorama Circuit.

Jordan Love showed a strong presence from the get-go this weekend by topping the time sheets in the final practice session at the Supercheap Auto Bathurst International with a time of 2:04.4942.

Jordan later took to qualifying with a sensational performance where he topped the time sheets once again being the fastest overall in his session with teammate Ross Poulakis securing a P8 finish, landing the #101 P3 for the start of the race on combined times.

Starting from 3rd on the grid, Ross Poulakis got off to a strong start and was battling the ever-changing wet track conditions before handing over to Jordan Love who took the second stint gaining time on the leaders with every lap. Eventually taking the lead of the race before handing the car back to Poulakis.

Poulakis took back the wheel at the 1:22:00 mark coming out in P1 where he fought hard with the #55 car for his final stint of the race.

With 50 minutes left of the race, Ross Poulakis handed the cockpit back to Jordan who fought hard to close the gap on the leaders, setting the fastest time of the race with a 2:04.1503 pushing the #101 Mercedes-AMG GT3 to its limit. Eventually taking the chequered flag in 3rd, just 26.957s down on the lead duo after three hours.

‘What a weekend finishing P3 at Bathurst and claiming the fastest lap! The conditions weren’t the best but we managed to carry good speed throughout. I just want to say a massive thank you to the Harrolds RACING team for all their hard work this weekend and for giving me this opportunity. Also well done to my teammate Ross Poulakis for a fantastic debut weekend at the mountain hopefully we will have more to come!’– Jordan Love
